Think about the statement at

These exercises aren't miracle cures,
translated from pictures found on an ancient clay tablet,
and they certainly weren't lost until I found
them. The exercises in my workouts,

and the latest Mod.
1 were chosen simply because they
work! Once you start these workouts, the only
mysterious occurrence will be excess body fat and
weight dropping off your body and greater levels of strength
and endurance will appear. If you think I'm making
these workouts sound too easy and that you'll get these
results with little effort, you are mistaken. I designed
these workouts specifically to challenge every muscle in
your body and, if you stick with them faithfully, you
will see results!
On the other hand, if you want to be charged
hundreds of dollars for these same exercises with an exotic
name, that is your choice.

If you're still not convinced that
the exercises in my workouts

will start you on the road to being in the
best shape of your life, pick one exercise
from the first 3 groups listed below. You don't need to
do hundred of reps of each one to benefit; just do 10
of the first one, 10 of the second, and 10 of
the third. Now repeat that cycle until you can't complete
one set of exercises.
For Example: Perform 10 Divebombers, 10 Bootstrappers,
and 10 Sitting V-Ups until your form deteriorates.
Done? Whether you did 1 set or 10 sets, there
